| A group of senior managers and directors from Nigeria's Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) recently attended a week-long training in Project Monitoring and Evaluation in Newport, South Wales. The training organised by South-Sea Datcomms Limited in association with CTP International and I-transition Software Company of Belarus was part of measures aimed at strengthening the Commission's capacity to implement the billion-dollar Niger Delta Regional Development Master plan. Participants were exposed to the cutting edge of computer-based project management, monitoring and evaluation, the sort of which is a pre-requisite for a project of such high national importance as the Niger Delta Region's Regeneration Masterplan. Speaking at the certificate presentation ceremony, CTP International's Principal Consultant Mr Kachi Okezie said: "This was a highly motivated and extremely passionate group with great enthusiasm for knowledge. Clearly, the Masterplan is an historic initiative and we are really proud of our role in it's implementation."
