| CTP International has announced it is to host a summit for Human Resource Management practitioners in Abuja, the Nigerian capital.
This was contained in a statement to journalists in Abuja at the weekend.
The statement signed by Ifeanyi Smart Onuoha on behalf of the company, said the decision to host a second version of the summit was based on popular request received from last year's evaluation.
According to the statement, CTP International will be collaborating with the Learn Share Network, a consortium of organisations from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors "united by their common desire to raise awareness of critical issues that affect the efficient running of the country's public services".
With the theme, "Performance Management: are we getting it right?", this year's summit aims to attract hundreds of practitioners of Human Resource Management and administrators from all sectors of the economy to tackle practical issues and challenges faced by organisations in relation to managing performance of their workforce.
According to the statement, the Head of Service of the federation, Mr Danladi Kifasi mni , is expected to chair the occasion with Dr Hajo Sani OON, former Minister of Women Affairs and now Senior Special Assistant to the President in charge of the Office of the Wife of the President, as the Special guest Speaker.
